Monthly Designer Sunglasses Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Little Spectacle Shop Hexham ("the Promoter"), [Shop Address], Hexham, Northumberland.

2. Promotion Period

This is a perpetual monthly giveaway with no fixed end date. Each monthly draw runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time with 30 days' notice.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over
• Employees of The Little Spectacle Shop Hexham and their immediate families are excluded
• One entry per person per email address
• Participants must provide a valid email address

4. How to Enter

• Complete the online entry form with a valid email address
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary
• Entries received after the last day of each month will be included in the following month's draw

5. Prize

• One pair of non-prescription designer sunglasses selected by the Promoter from current stock. Please note that the sunglasses do not have prescription lenses fitted. If you require you can have prescription lenses fitted at a discounted additional charge.
• Approximate retail value: £120+
• No cash alternative available
• Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• Collection from The Little Spectacle Shop, Hexham required (no postal delivery)

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries each month
• The draw will take place within 7 days of each month's end
• Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw
• The winner's name may be published on social media and in-store

7. Claiming Prizes

• Winners have 30 days from notification to claim their prize
• Valid photo ID required for collection
• Unclaimed prizes will be re-entered into the following month's draw
• Prize must be collected in person from the shop during opening hours

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion
• Email addresses may be used for promotional communications (unsubscribe available)
• Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties
