How to Claim

Claiming is simple:

1. Find the same item cheaper at an authorised UK stockist
2. Provide proof of the lower price — a valid receipt or a screenshot clearly showing the current in-stock price, the retailer name, and the date

Qualifying Conditions

To be eligible for a price match, the competing price must meet all of the following:

• The item must be identical — same brand, model, colourway, and lens specification
• The item must be currently in stock and available to purchase at the time of your claim
• The price must be from an authorised UK stockist
• The proof provided must be current and clearly dated

We reserve the right to verify the competing price before applying the match.

Exclusions

This Price Promise does not apply to prices from:

• Unauthorised sellers or resellers
• Grey market or parallel import sources
• Overseas retailers or non-UK websites
• Marketplace listings (e.g. eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Vinted)
