Thank you for shopping with Little Spectacle Shop. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Free UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value — free shipping applies to every order, every time.

This includes:

  • England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
  • All UK territories covered by Royal Mail delivery services

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery includes:

  • Full end-to-end parcel tracking via the Royal Mail website or app
  • Confirmation of delivery with proof of delivery scan
  • SMS and/or email delivery notifications (where applicable)
  • An attempted delivery card if you are not home

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. To track your delivery:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Parcels not collected or redelivered within the holding period may be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us and we will arrange for your order to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please retain all original packaging in the case of a damaged delivery, as this may be required when raising a claim with Royal Mail.
