- Items shipped directly from manufacturers use approved courier networks
- All large item deliveries include full tracking and require signature confirmation

## Special Delivery Areas
**Important:** Orders containing large items or lithium batteries destined for the **Scottish Highlands**, **Northern Ireland**, or **off-mainland UK locations** may incur additional shipping charges.
